What do you like to see in sequal? Do you liked more AG style gameplay or previous parts?

Personally, i liked more MoT gameplay, with minimap and more of commandos style sneaking.

ps. There is no any plans for sequal yet, just asking..

Wow... I never thought I'd see this coming from you again.

Anyway, I prefer MoT-style gameplay. But I'd really like to revisit the three characters concept that was killed off for good when MG became the publisher, regardless of whether it sticks to the MoT or AG formula.

Just thoughts for now.. Anyway, if it will be, it will be indie project..
And i'm afraid 3 characters concept is too heavy for it.

That's what I like to hear. Screw publishers!
I prefer AG's gameplay but that's maybe because it can be played with a controller, contrary to DTS' games.
I'd like to see general Strogov who commands new playable character(s).
About gameplay... Better no minimap, no casual tips on a screen, less scripts but more random situations (like random NPC paths).
I will post a quick answer (and edit it when I have time to be more detailed):

The best stealth mechanics from these games should be included:
Alekhine's Gun
Alien: Isolation
Alpha Protocol
Aragami
Assasin's Creed
Batman: Arkham Asylum
Commandos 2: Men of Courage
Crookz: The Big Heist
The Dark Mod
Death to Spies: Moment of Truth (Core)
Desperados: Wanted Dead or Alive
Deus Ex: Human Revolution
Dishonored
Hidden & Dangerous
Hitman
Robin Hood: The Legend of Sherwood
Shadow Tactics
Shadwen
Sniper Elite
Styx
Thief
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell
I'm very glad to see this thread, hope DtS series still alive!
As for me, I like MoT-style gameplay with minimap. Also, idea with controlling of 3 characters could be very interesting, especially in case of unique character abilities.

You could always do an episodic release/early access release.

Releasing/selling one level at a time, like Hitman did with their reboot, which let you polish and fix each level before releasing the next one.

What I would want to see : still controller support, like Alekhine's Gun
What I would not want to see : random crashes never fixed, like Alekhine's Gun.

How ironic, I think we actually talked about episodic releases for Death to Spies 3 back in the day. Anyway, another feature I wouldn't mind returning is Reputation Points. And maybe take it up a notch by including mission tips which require RP points to unlock (like in Hitman: Blood Money, where you can buy hints for each mission).
